1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of BATTLESHIPP Heating and Cooling ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

BATTLESHIPP Heating and Cooling provides residential and commercial HVAC services including but not limited to:

  • Heating system installation, repair, and maintenance
  • Air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance
  • Emergency HVAC services
  • System inspections and tune-ups
  • Indoor air quality solutions

3. Service Appointments and Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if we anticipate being late.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are estimates and may be subject to change based on the actual scope of work required. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and approved financing options.

A service call fee may apply for diagnostic visits. This fee may be waived or credited toward repair costs if you proceed with recommended repairs.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Labor performed by BATTLESHIPP Heating and Cooling is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of service, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Parts and equipment are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist you with any warranty claims on parts and equipment we have installed.

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, or improper maintenance by the customer or third parties.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to HVAC equipment and work areas
  • Secure pets during service visits
  • Disclose any known hazards or special conditions
  • Maintain HVAC systems according to manufacturer recommendations
  • Promptly report any issues or concerns with completed work

7. Limitation of Liability

BATTLESHIPP Heating and Cooling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code violations, or problems not directly caused by our work.

8. Emergency Services

Emergency services are available outside regular business hours and may be subject to additional charges. Emergency service fees will be disclosed before service is provided.

9. Permits and Compliance

When required, BATTLESHIPP Heating and Cooling will obtain necessary permits for HVAC installations and major repairs. All work will be performed in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations.

10. Financing Terms

Financing options are available through third-party lenders. All financing is subject to credit approval. Terms and conditions are provided by the financing company and are separate from this agreement.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
